He loves spending time with his family, and would love a fishing trip to New Zealand or Alaska. Wood has six children and is helping his wife battle breast cancer. They live in Washington Terrace. He loves his job and may never retire. One thing about him that nobody knows is he loves flowers and likes to water his wife’s flowers because it relaxes him. Teri Christensen was born in Orlando, Florida. She has two younger brothers. She lived in Florida until she was 14 years old, when her family moved to northern Virginia. She graduated from Hayfield Secondary School in Alexandria, Virginia, where she was a chorus nerd extraordinaire. She was in all-state chorus and was the youngest Madrigal ever admitted to the chorus program. She graduated fourth in her high school class and was Tri-M Music Honor Society President. Christensen graduated from Brigham Young University. She has worked as a library shelf duster, administrative assistant at a law office and an English/Humanities teacher. She has been with the district for just over one year. She started out as a substitute teacher and is now one of the media aides at Morgan Middle School. She enjoys knitting and reading. Christensen is the mother of two redheaded monsters. One thing about her that nobody knows is she is practically unstumpable when it comes to naming musical artists/songs from the 1980s.
