Pastor Jeff Hurlbut and the members of Morgan Grace Fellowship are super excited about a special event they are sponsoring on Labor Day weekend called Morgan Family Fest.
Since arriving in Morgan, Jeff has wanted to bring a quality event for the whole family to Morgan with a central theme of “Family, Faith and Freedom.” Out of that vision came Morgan Family Fest.
Each night, Saturday through Monday, comedian Scott Davis from the Atlanta, Georgia area, will be teaming up with the Taylors Modern Worship Band from South Carolina to provide entertainment for the whole family.
Joining them, will be local talent and soon to be celebrities starting with all our own “Party in the Parkers” on Saturday for a “Party in the Park” reunion. They will be singing and dancing to “Submerged”, “You Know Me,” “Remarkably Made,” and “Bubblin Up.” Pastor Jeff has CD’s for all and will be delivering them personally in the weeks before the event.
Sunday night there will be a free hamburger/hotdog fellowship starting at 6 p.m. again with local talent entertaining before the main event kicks off. Several local businesses including Ridley’s, Grounds for Coffee, Tractor Supply, Bingham Meats, are helping sponsor the fellowship meal.
On Monday night there will be inflatable bounce houses, sno-cones, popcorn and cotton candy- all free of charge from 6-7 p.m. before the band takes the stage.
We hope to see you all there!
