2014 Sterling Scholars - Christian Elton - General Sterling Scholar

Christian Elton is the Morgan High General Sterling Scholar. He is the son of Richard and Candice Elton. Christian loves learning, reading, sports, and girls. Christian plays football, soccer and tennis. He loves anything that has to do with learning.
Christian stays involved with extra-curricular activities. He is the Service Club president and a National Honor Society president. Christian has been called to serve a LDS mission in the Peru Lima south mission. After his mission, he plans on attending Brigham Young University to further his education. He wants to pursue a career in electronic engineering.
Christian loves to be with his dad, who works as a firefighter for Salt Lake City. Christian enjoys playing firefighter for a day and helping others. He loves to be around people and to help them. Christian tries to be like his older brother, Brigham. Brigham and Christian are always competing. Brigham says that Christian is much stronger than he is. Brigham tries to be as strong as Christian, but Christian will always be stronger. 
Christian has learned from and followed his mother Candice. Candice has been a big influence on Christian and pushes him to move forward. Christian is an Eagle Scout, and has been involved with scouting for many years. 
Christian has a 4.0 GPA and an ACT score of 30. He has learned much from being a Sterling Scholar. Sterling Scholar has pushed him to become the best he can be. He hopes to use this experience in the future to help better his life and the life of others. Christian strives to represent Morgan High School well through his character and attitude.
