50th Anniversary - Bruce and Carol Tonks

Bruce and Carol Tonks of Morgan will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.  Family and friends are invited to attend an open house in their honor from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday. June 11, 2011 in the Morgan Stake Center on 355 North 700 East in Morgan.

No gifts please.  Your presence is the greatest gift.

They were married on June 9, 1961 in Layton.  Their vows were later solemnized in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Ogden Temple.

He retired from Unisys in 1993.  He enjoys hunting, running the family ranch, and spending time with his family.  

She retired from Browning Arms in 2003.  She enjoys genealogy, church work, and family outings.  They both enjoy watching and supporting their grandchildren’s school and sporting events.  

Their children and spouses are Kirk Tonks. Craig and Stephanie Tonks, and Vickie and Tim Richins.  Their grandchildren are Wyatt Richins, Elder Wes Richins (currently serving a mission in the North Carolina Charlotte mission)Dalton Richins, Coling Tonks, Allison Tonks, Austin Tonks, and Kaden Tonks.
