Exciting improvements are coming to Carrigan Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Over the next several weeks customers will be able to enjoy a larger more comfortable waiting room all the while keeping the same great Morgan service they have come to love. Those driving by will notice a change as the building undergoes construction on a new more modern exterior. Not only will the exterior be affected but two new sales offices will be added to ensure a more efficient car buying experience. Customers will appreciate the updated ADA bathrooms while they wait and will also benefit from the new customer pick up area.
Carrigan Chrysler Dodge Jeep was formed as Russ Carrigan Motors back in July 1946. The business now employs three generations of the Carrigan family. Over the last 66 years of business, a lot of changes have occurred. The main constant goal for the business remains the same, personal high quality service. The Dealership has established many long term relationships, forming loyalty from both local and “big city” customers.
Carrigan Chrysler Dodge Jeep takes pride in the fact that they offer honesty, integrity, and a high quality of service. Their customers continually comment on the personal aspect of the dealership and how they feel they are truly valued. The service department and body shop have brought in return customers for many years, and also gain new customers through numerous referrals.
The sales department prides itself in providing its buyers with a no hassle approach, no commission high pressure salesman, and no finance personnel pushing into unnecessary contracts. Referring to their level of commitment to their customers, Boyd Carrigan states, “If we don’t have the vehicle you need or want in stock, we will work hard to find it for you.”
The Carrigan family has not only run a successful business, but they have been very active in the community. The business has run with a skeleton crew while the Carrigan’s have been dispatched to many structure and wild land fires along with the volunteer fire department. They have also done emergency snow removal for the school, responded with equipment for extraction on vehicle accidents, and helped with flooding issues in the county. Throughout the years they have donated to many school and community activities and provided scholarships for local students. Carrigan Chrysler Dodge Jeep also contributes to the tax revenue of Morgan County.
Boyd Carrigan goes on to say, “We know that without the support of the community and our many loyal customers, we would not exist. We thank the people that have trusted us for many years, and always welcome new customers and members of the community. We take great pride in being a successful part of Morgan, and look forward to many more years of continued personal relationships with our customers.”
