Letter to the Editor - The face at Devil Slide

Dear editor:

This is a photo that was taken at the Devil’s Slide rock formation in 2003.  The photos were taken on Friday, August 8, 2003, at about 9:30-10 a.m.  

While physically at the site, my wife and I  noticed nothing beyond the natural beauty of the formation.  Upon having the photos developed, we were startled, then intrigued, to notice a human face appearance in the upper portion of the right column.

I am writing to learn of any knowledge and folklore that may be associated with this image.  I look forward to hearing from anyone about this.
