Frank Snow moved to Morgan in 1982 and graduated from Morgan High School in 1988. After graduation he entered the military and was deployed to Iraq as a part of operation Iraqi Freedom.
Elder Dane Craig Carter, son of Craig and Lisa Carter of Morgan, from the Morgan 7th ward, has accepted a call to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He will serve in the Korea Daejeon Mission.
Dane will enter the Missionary Training Center on Oct. 6, 2010.

Elise is the daughter of Tracy and Kelly Cevering of North Ogden. Mikal is the son of Tracia and Mitch Francis of Morgan. After a brief honeymoon, the couple will make their home in North Ogden.

The Morgan County Fair Royalty contest was held Monday morning August 2nd 2010. Young ladies from around the county competed for the chance to win one of the royalty positions. The girls are divided into groups according to age/grade in school. They began with personal interviews with the judges, then on to present a short speech, modeling, and answering impromptu questions. The contest then moved to the Morgan County Fairgrounds where they competed in the horsemanship portion. The winners were announced at the Junior Rodeo that night.
Lisa Kennison Wood, 43, North Salt Lake, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2010 after suffering cardiac arrest while jogging. She was born in Glendale, Arizona and grew up in northern Utah.
