Schools from around the state just received reports of how their students preformed on a test given last school year.  The results were released to the public on Monday, Oct. 27.

 This new tool is called the Student Assessment of Growth and Excellence; however, it is most commonly referred to as SAGE.

On April 8, the testing window will open in Morgan School District for your children to take the Utah mandated computer based Criterion Referenced Tests (CRT). The testing window will end on Friday, May 10. The week of May 13-17 will be used to allow students to take the test that they may have missed taking during the regular testing window.

The fifth grade students from Mountain Green Elementary School spent the year learning about United States history and government.  As a culminating activity to demonstrate what they had learned, they put on a “Great American” program for their parents and the MGES studentbody.

Student learning is the supreme reason for a school’s existence and optimal student learning is the top priority of the Morgan County School District.  Teachers and administrators in each of the district’s four schools work diligently towards this outcome.
