Dr. John Thomas Cloninger, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend died at his home in Morgan, Utah on February 20, 2012, with his family at his side. He was 42 years old.

It was the last county council meeting for council members Sunday, Lundgren, and chairman Creager. The next council meeting will be in the new year and will see a new council seated and a new chairman chosen. The council thanked those who were leaving for their service and Chairman Creager took a moment to share his thoughts at the end of his service. Parker Dale Winchester has been called to serve in the Chicago, Illinois for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Parker is the son of Colin and Rebecca Winchester, currently of Morgan. He will speak in the Clinton 5th ward on Sunday, October 17, at 11:00 a.m. He will enter the Missionary Training Center on October 20, 2010.
