he county council has been negotiating with the developers of Rollins Ranch for many months.  The owners of lots in the subdivision are caught in the middle of this ongoing problem of an unfinished subdivision that has not been accepted by the county, but has homes that have been constructed.

The Morgan Board of Education has unveiled a new logo and mission statement for the district.  The action follows work completed by two select committees over the past four months.  The committees were comprised of faculty, community council members, and administrators

In the document “Promises to Keep” adopted by the Utah State Board of Education in August of 2009 it refers to the mission of Public Education.  Within this mission it states that Utah’s public education system keeps its constitutional promise by ensuring literacy and numeracy for all Utah children.
