Criddle of Morgan, Utah, was holder of two prizes in the International Livestock Exhibition ‘s grain and hay Show in Chicago. Allegro Singers, under the direction of Miss Ada Waldron, will sing Sunday, December 8, in the Morgan tabernacle. 1945 Clyde Randall Richards, 52, Morgan County Agent, died Friday, November 30, 1945 in an Ogden hospital after a lingering illness. Mr. and Mrs. David Robinson have gone to Bountiful to take care of their daughter Lulu ‘s children while she and her husband are visiting in California for a while. Bob and Keith Porter, who have been home on furloughs, returned to their stations, Saturday. 1950 Red Cross Quota Set at $615 – Morgan J. Davies, chairman of Morgan chapter, the American Red Cross, announced this week that the quota for Morgan County to raise for 1951 is $615. Property owners in the Porterville and Hardscrabble area are alarmed at the number of evergreen trees being cut for Christmas trees. It seems that permission to cut one tree developed into a truck load being taken from one man ‘s property. A WARNING! – Rat bail will be spread on the city dump for a week beginning December 4. Young, Morgan, died Wednesday, November 20, 1985 at her home of causes incident to age. 1990 Dispatch Services will cost Morgan County $20,000 for the 1991 year. They will use Summit County Dispatch. Ethel Lois Wilkinson Renshaw, 82, died Tuesday, November 20, 1990. Boy Scouts of American honored Orrin Astle for 50 years of service. Jansen, now 6 ft. 6 ins., is now serving an LDS mission. 1995 Lawrence Russell Porter, 81, died Friday, November 24, 1995 at his home in Porterville. Local artist Lorraine Toone was thanked for painting the new floor on the basketball floor at the MHS gym. 2000 Ruby Fay Erickson, 83, died Wednesday, November 22, 2000 at her son ‘s home in Mountain Green. Scott Andrew McComb, 50, died Monday, November 20,2000 from Hodgkin ‘s Lymphoma. 2005 Loydene Berg will debut her second CD, But if Not, at a Holiday open house at Val ‘s Flowers December 17. A semi trailer, heading west bound on I-84 crashed his truck Wednesday morning, near 10:00 a.m. The truck, carrying frozen foods, skidded in the wet weather and lost control. The truck crossed the median, crossed the eastbound traffic and jack-knifed the rig into the Jersey barrier near mile marker 93.
