Letter to the Editor – From Colleen Morgan

Dear Editor: Next Tuesday, Nov. 6 we will have the privilege of casting our vote for the next President of the United States of America. For our government to be Of the People, By the People, and For the People we must exercise our right to vote! If this President goes back in we will be part of a World Government. Our Constitution will be gone and there is plenty of evidence that this administration has no use for the Constitution and call it an outdated document. E-mails confirmed that the attack on Benghazi, Libya, which killed our ambassador and three others was a terrorist attack. The administration said the attack was because of a video. Now it has been uncovered that the administration knew within hours that a terrorist group had proudly admitted they attacked the U.S. compound. The Libyan militant group Ansar al-Sharia had taken credit for the attack. Does the date 9/11 ring any bells? This is the day the attacks took place. The White House and State department declined comment on the email alerts. The House Oversight Committee told CBS News that the information in the emails will be part of their ongoing investigation into the Benghazi attack. It follows that the investigation will not be complete before the Elections. How convenient! Wake up America this may well be our last stand to have the Constitutional form of Government that has blessed our lives for over 200 Years. On the 7th of November it most certainly will be over if this President goes back in. Throughout the long revolutionary War, Washington suffered anxiety and despair as he struggled to hold an army together and keep alive the fight for freedom. In January, 1776, Washington wrote, The reflection on my situation, and that of this army, produces many an uneasy hour when all around me are wrapped in sleep. Few people know the predicament we are in, on a thousand accounts_.to be able to rise superior to these I shall most religiously believe that the finger of Providence is in it, to blind the eyes of our enemies. Abraham Lincoln said that the night before Gettysburg he was on his knees in prayer and the Lord told him, I will give you the battle. May divine providence save the Union again, however we must acknowledge Him and use our sacred right to vote next Tuesday, that it might continue to be our right in the future. ~ Colleen Morgan
