MORGAN CITY CORPORATION Wastewater Treatment Facility Phase 1 Improvements Project
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the WWTF Phase 1 Improvements Project will be received by Morgan City care of Jamie Grandpre at 90 West Young Street, Morgan City, Utah, 84050 until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on January 18, 2018. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Phase 1 Improvements Project consists of:
• CMU headworks and administration building (79’x43 ‘)
• CMU disinfection building (32’x35’) with precast vaults
• Reinforced concrete chlorine contact chamber and reaeration basin (38’x32’xI4’)
• Recycle pump station
• 2 grinder pump stations
• Improvements at Island Road lift station and headworks
• Yard piping
• Dewatering, site grading, and concrete site work.
• Electrical and HV AC work
Copies of the Contract Documents will be available on December 12,2017 and may be obtained through www.questCDN.com. Quest Project #5457961. The cost to retrieve Contract Documents fi’om the website will be Ten Dollars ($10) for the download. Payment is to be made to QuestCDN, and is non-refundable.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and site-tour will be held at 2:00PM at the Morgan City Offices (90 West Young Street) on January 4,2018.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
