On Sunday, Feb. 11, deputies and Utah Highway Patrol Troopers were dispatched to a semi truck driving recklessly on I-84. A Morgan deputy located the truck, which was swerving all over the roadway. He was able to stop the truck near the Croydon exit. The driver was so intoxicated on drugs and alcohol that he could not stand to perform sobriety tests.
He was arrested and booked into jail for DUI second offense, open container, possession of a controlled substance, alcohol restricted driver, and operating a commercial vehicle with alcohol in the vehicle.
